Lifestyle
Life. The of path life is not linear nor is it smooth and even beneath our feet. Life will inevitably throw us a curveball, or two, or maybe even 12. Life happens so being flexible and kind with yourself when you need to pivot in your life is key to sustain a supportive lifestyle. If you come home and just feel like not cooking the dinner you had planned, that’s ok! We are all human.
A healthy lifestyle is more than just about physical health, it is about being mindful to what your mental and emotional capacity is from day to day and having tools you can use from your ‘wellness toolbox’ to meet those needs. Movement that brings you joy, self-care activities that help mitigate stress, functional healthy lifestyle habits, and mindset practices that supports the body as a whole.
Here is where I share some lifestyle articles that my hopes can be informative and useful tools to enhance your ‘wellness toolbox’.
In great health, Jo
