A Stirred Adrenal Mocktail

  • 1.5 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 large orange, peeled
  • 1/8 tsp grey or pink sea salt
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder

Blended Adrenal Cocktail

  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tatar
  • 1/8 tsp grey or pink sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream from the can

Sparking Adrenal Cocktail

  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or tonic
  • 1/8 tsp grey or pink sea salt
  • 1 tbsp liquid collagen


For the Stirred:

  • Place everything into a jar or large glass. Stir well or use an electric coffee frother and stir well. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

For the Blended:

  • Place everything into a blender and blend well. You can blend in a few ice cubes or fill a glass with ice if you like.

For the Sparling

  • You can place everything into a shaker or jar with a lid. Shake well and pour into a glass and enjoy. Serve over ice if you desire.
