In working in the health system for over 20+ years, I have watched the system consistently want to separate mental and physical wellness.
We are not separate pieces of ourselves, but an entire human beings. Just as your body systems are in no way separate from one another. Therefore the intersections within us need to be fully supported and this is the philosophy from which Holistic Nutrition and Mindful Eating is built.
After years of working in the health system, I know when we have the resources, knowledge, and opportunity to learn how to support these SIX areas in your life… well. MAGIC happens!
