Honeydew Chia Parfait

I love chia pudding for breakfast, but sometimes I like it as a sweet dessert. By definition, a parfait is defined as two frozen desserts in one, so I set out to make my own healthy, dairy-free, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened parfait that still tasted awesome! Enter the Honeydew Chia Parfait.
Avocado “Ice Cream”

If you have not yet tried avocado ice cream I strongly suggest you give it a try. Whenever I serve it as a dessert for company, I rarely mention what it is. I sit back and watch everyone try and scrap the bowl with their spoons to capture each little bit. As the questions begin, I enjoy telling people that there is No dairy, No white sugar, and No, I don’t own an ice cream maker.
Healthy Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca

I love the freshness of an Agua Fresca drink, the issue I find with most is the contain a large amount of refined sugar. Experimenting in my kitchen I found that Dates are a lovely replacement for refined sugar. It adds the sweetness to the drink, while also providing fiber, vitamins, and minerals to aid in digestive health.
