Peruvian-Style Grilled Chicken Recipe
This chicken is moist and full of flavor! Say goodbye to boring chicken and try this recipe instead!

Equipment
- 1 indoor or outdoor grill, grill pan for stovetop works
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 4 cloves Garlic (cloves, minced, divided)
- 2 medium Lime (juiced, plus zest, divided)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried chilies
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken with ingredients & Set aside to marinate for 2 hrs- 24 hrs.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Transfer the chicken thighs to the grill and cook for eight to 10 minutes per side or until cooked through and serve.
- Optional: Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine the green sauce ingredients & Process until smooth. Divide the chicken onto plates and top with sauce. Enjoy!
