“Is there any more sauce?” will be the question you hear all summer long with this delicious green sauce! With only 8 ingredients, made in the blender in seconds, nutrient-dense sauce & so many ways to use it!

Nutritious, loaded with healthy fats & protein!!! This simple sauce will be your go-to.

Here are 4 ways I love to use this sauce:

  • With any grilled protein! Chicken, tofu, steak, etc
  • As a dip for veggies
  • As a dressing for pasta, potato, or even green salad!
  • Level=up your grilled veggies in the sauce, sprinkle some extra fresh herbs & cheese on top, and make the veggies the star of the show 

The Best Green Sauce Ever

There are many green sauces out there and this sauce is so universal in the kitchen it has become a staple condiment in my home.
Prep Time 8 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup high protein greek yogurt or use avocado mayo for high omega-3 fats
  • 1 cup cilantro you can do this with Parsely
  • 2 medium limes (zest & juice)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp dried chile peppers or tajin
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese or feta or cashew cheese
  • 1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeds, chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything 30sec -60sec & enjoy! It stores great in the fridge for a week.  Add extra water or oil if you want a thinner sauce based on your own personal preference
