  • 1 mixing bowl
  • measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup chamomile
  • 6 tbsp lavendar
  • 1/4 cup rose petals
  • 2 tbsp hibiscus
  • 1/4 cup peppermint leaves
  • 2 tbsp Valerian root
  • 2 tbsp liver tea herbal root blend optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all dried herbs and flowers to a large mixing bowl.Gently mix together until fully combined, being careful not to crush the delicate petals too much.
