If you want to improve your gut and hormone health in a simple, and affordable way then this 5- ingredient dark chocolate berry chia pudding is for YOU! The other day I shared my go-to 5- ingredient granola, and here is my 5-ingredient chia putting- made in one bowl it will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks. 
It’s packed with magnesium, antioxidants, protein, EFA’s (essential fatty acids), and fiber which both our digestion & hormone systems need so you feel your best. In addition to being nutrient dense chia seeds are hormone and gut-balancing heroes.
Chia seeds, in particular, ease unpleasant hormonal symptoms because they help eliminate excess estrogen while improving the health of your intestine, improving gut bacteria, altering absorption, and possibly easing constipation.

Dark Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding

Servings 3

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice maple syrup, honey, etc
  • 1/3 cup berries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine everything but berries until well combined. 
  • Let sit for 15min- 3 hours, or overnight. For serving, divide chia pudding equally between bowls and top with berries. Enjoy!
  • Optional toppings I love coconut flakes, hemp hearts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, or chocolate chips are all yummy

note! If you're not a chia pudding fan due to texture blend the mixture in a blender then set it in the fridge it’s amazeballs!!! Jo
