Dark Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding

If you want to improve your gut & hormone health in a simple & affordable way then this 5- ingredient dark chocolate berry chia pudding is for YOU!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice maple syrup, honey, etc
  • 1/3 cup berries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine everything but berries until well combined. 
  • Let sit for 15min- 3 hours, or overnight. For serving, divide chia pudding equally between bowls and top with berries. Enjoy!
  • Optional toppings I love coconut flakes, hemp hearts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, or chocolate chips are all yummy

note! If you're not a chia pudding fan due to texture blend the mixture in a blender then set it in the fridge it’s amazeballs!!! Jo
