Avocado “Ice Cream”

If you have not yet tried avocado ice cream I strongly suggest you give it a try. Whenever I serve it as a dessert for company, I rarely mention what it is. I sit back and watch everyone try and scrap the bowl with their spoons to capture each little bit. Healthy Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca

I love the freshness of an Agua Fresca drink, the issue I find with most is the contain a large amount of refined sugar. Experimenting in my kitchen I found that Dates are a lovely replacement for refined sugar. It adds the sweetness to the drink, while also providing fiber, vitamins, and minerals to aid in digestive health.

However, we have come a long way and have a deeper understanding in that not all fats are created equal.
