The Best Green Sauce Ever
There are many green sauces out there and this sauce is so universal in the kitchen it has become a staple condiment in my home.
Prep Time 8 minutes mins
Equipment
- 1 blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup high protein greek yogurt or use avocado mayo for high omega-3 fats
- 1 cup cilantro you can do this with Parsely
- 2 medium limes (zest & juice)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp dried chile peppers or tajin
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese or feta or cashew cheese
- 1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeds, chopped optional
Instructions
- Blend everything 30sec -60sec & enjoy! It stores great in the fridge for a week. Add extra water or oil if you want a thinner sauce based on your own personal preference
