Hormone-Supporting Spiced Salmon Kabobs

I love a quick salmon dinner in the summer as it takes 10 min to prepare & make! Now you can use this recipe for any protein and veggies you like, I select salmon for a few hormone benefit reasons like…

Hormone Pro Tip:

✔️ Salmon is a great source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), the type of omega-3 fatty acid that helps us increase the formation of 2-hydroxy estrogens—the “good” estrogens.

✔️ Iodine in seafood & seaveggies is one of the trace elements our bodies need, along with minerals like selenium and manganese, & is best known for its role in thyroid function which is key  in hormone vitality

✔️ I use parsley because some studies are showing it can help issues related to menstruation and hormone levels. In particular it contains the compounds myristicin and apiole which can influence estrogen production to help balance hormones
