Hormone Honey & Ginger Chicken Noodle Bowl, Hot or cold it’s awesome!!
Rice Noodle Bowls are quick and easy to make, you can make these without turning your oven on! & you can use up whatever protein or veggies you have in the house.
Hormone Pro Tip:
✔️ I like to use edamame as they contain phyto-oestrogenic compounds known as isoflavones that help reduce symptoms of PERIMENOPAUSE/ MENOPAUSE & promote estrogen balance.
✔️ I also use carrots which too support estrogen through unique digestible givers that prevent the reabsorption of unneeded estrogen from the intestine which then means the liver can more effectively regulate metabolism in the body.
✔️ Ensure I have good protein sources ( plant or animal work) as protein is a building block for hormone production in the pituitary glands that then trigger the release of sex hormones ( estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)
