Hormone-Supporting Spiced Salmon Kabobs
As part of the Hormone Supporting Recipe Series, this recipe is so simple and packed with Hormone Supporting Nutrients! It also makes for a great weeknight meal with how quick it is to toss together.

- 1 indoor/outdoor grill or grill pan for protein
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/4 lbs Salmon Fillet (sliced into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 lemons sliced in rounds or wedges
- 2 cups Veggies of Choice for a Side (I used Aspargus)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Add the salmon pieces and toss well to coat.
- Grab your BBQ skewers and slide on a piece of salmon, followed by a folded lemon slice. Repeat until all ingredients are us
- Place kabobs on one side of the medium-heated grill for about 3 - 4 minutes per side, or until salmon flakes with a fork. Pair with 2 cups of veggies of choice (I used grilled asparagus) and Enjoy!
