A light and fluffy 2-ingredient whipped cinnamon honey made with simple Whole Foods ingredients. This cozy spread takes just minutes to make, tastes incredible on toast, oatmeal, tea, yogurt bowls, and makes the perfect budget-friendly DIY holiday gift.

Equipment

  • 1 stand mixer or use a hand mixer.
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 pack of small glass jars I gifting
  • 1 measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cut raw honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add the honey and cinnamon to a stand mixer or use a hand mixer.
  • Whip on medium speed for 2–3 minutes, until the honey lightens in color and becomes fluffy.
