If you’re craving simple, nourishing holiday treats this season, or you want a thoughtful DIY gift that doesn’t require spending outside your means… this Whipped Cinnamon Honey is a December must-make!
It uses only two Whole Foods ingredients, takes just minutes to prepare, and looks beautiful in small jars for gifting.
December is already a high-pressure month for so many, especially those navigating stress, anxiety, cortisol imbalance, perimenopause or menopause changes, or adrenal fatigue. Between holiday expectations, rising costs, and the emotional load of the season, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
That’s why each year I run my FREE 25-Day Self-Care Advent Challenge Event, one tiny act of care a day to reduce stress and help women feel grounded again.
Recipes like this Whipped Cinnamon Honey are part of that bigger mission: simple, affordable, homemade, and rooted in nourishment instead of depletion.
Make It a Simple, Heartfelt Gift
Because it’s made with only two basic ingredients, this recipe helps reduce the financial pressure that so often builds in December. A few small jars, some ribbon, and a heartfelt note make a beautiful gift from the heart—with no overwhelm and no overspending.

Notes
How to Use Whipped Cinnamon Honey
- Stir into tea
- Spread on toast or warm biscuits
- Swirl into oatmeal or yogurt
- Drizzle over baked apples
- Pair with cheese or charcuterie
- Add to your holiday grazing boards
- Use in a cozy nighttime latte
Storage
- Store whipped cinnamon honey in a sealed jar at room temperature.
- Because honey is naturally antibacterial, this can last several months if kept clean and tightly sealed.
- For best flavor and texture, enjoy within 3–4 months.
- Do not refrigerate—cold temperatures can cause the honey to crystallize.
- If honey begins to firm up, place the sealed jar in a warm water bath for a few minutes to soften.
Gifting Tips
- Use 3-6 oz jars for perfect single-serve holiday gifts.
- Add a label and a ribbon for a polished, budget-friendly presentation.
- Pair with a small wooden honey dipper for a cute add-on.
- Add a pinch of vanilla powder or cardamom for a deeper flavour.
- Add more cinnamon for a stronger, warming holiday flavor.
