The Intrinsic Connection Between Your Anxiety, Gut Health, & Hormones is Real!

Are you ready to say goodbye to your anxiety, poor gut health, and/or imbalanced hormones, once and for all?! 

Last month, I shared the SIX Key Coaching Pillars of Rejoice, & today I wanted to focus more closely on 3 of those pillars & their intrinsic connection with each other. 
If you suffer in one area most likely you are experiencing symptoms in 2 if not 3 of these areas! why is that? 
It is because your mental health + gut health + hormone health are deeply interconnected & when we see imbalances or issues in one area we often see them in the others.
 
Why does exploring this intrinsic connection matter? There is often a tendency to look only at the issue itself (i.e. address one single “symptom”) rather than digging deeper at the potential root causes which can be causing havoc in multiple areas of the body.
When I had my health crisis, and it felt like my body was falling apart I was referred out to different specialist and offered treatment plans for each symptom I was experiencing. Not to say this was right or wrong, but I was never asked about my diet, sleep, exercise, stress level, or lifestyle at any of these appointments. Nor, was there ever any conversation about how my issues could all be connected in someway in my body 
I know both personally and professionally how you can feel so frustrated when you don’t get the answers and support you need when YOU know there is something off in your own body but know one will listen. 
I empathize with the struggle to find answers, solutions, and  harmony again in the body because after working 80+ hours a week & not taking care of myself in all these areas my body pulled the emergency stop brake on me which forced me to live differently (you can read about my story on the About Me page). 
Now, Let’s look at these 3 interconnected systems, and therefore why these are three of Rejoice’s Key Coaching Pillars.

It was my health crisis in these three areas that changed the trajectory of my life and sent me on an alternative path to living differently. I wish I knew then, what I know now about how these three areas are connected. However, this experience is what makes me so passionate about supporting other people suffering as I once did to better navigate their bodies.
