Beautifying Antioxidant Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3 cups almond milk (nut milk of choice)
- 2 cups quick rolled oats (Gluten-free as needed)
- 1/4 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 lemon Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. hemp hearts or peptide seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except blueberries and milk a large bowl and stir well.
- Place the frozen blueberries in a food processor and blend until it’s broken down (about a 1 minute)
- Add the blender blueberries and milk to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Scoop the oat mixture into jars; top with extra berries, hemp hearts or peptide seeds then secure lid and place in fridge.
