Combining cranberries and pink grapefruit are excellent sources of Vitamin C, lycopene, and Vitamin A which all help protect against inflammation, free radical damage, and the build up of toxins which are stored in our bodies fat cells. Adding the dates helps to add a little natural sweetness and curb the sour taste but it adds, even more, fiber with these fruits that help us feel fuller longer removes toxins and aid in weight-loss. Both cranberries and grapefruit are widely used in weight-loss programs as they are low in calories. One cup of cranberries is only 46 calories.

Coconut water is very hydrating for our skin and provides minerals which help reduce inflammation in the body that can lead to disease and weight gain. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 medium pink grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • handful fresh mint
  • 2-3 dates, pitted
  • 1-2 tbsp vitamin C and/or Collagen Powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • place everything into a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Enjoy
