5-Ingredient Watermelon Adrenopops! This is my fun twist on a classic Adrenal Cocktail merged with a popsicle. 

The simple idea of an Adrenal Cocktail is designed to support the HPA axis, hormone harmony, and replenish nutrients along with electrolytes needed by the endocrine system.

Now I will say this- there is a fair share of opposing literature on if an adrenal cocktail works… I’ll tell you what I know. I know that when I add them in, I feel really good, energized, and hydrated. My advice is always to listen  to YOUR body! If you don’t notice a difference the meh… move on, if you do, DO YOU Friend!

Outside of the adrenal cocktail it’s a super hydrating and darn tasty  popsicle for summer & a great way to repurpose soft watermelon to reduce food waste.

5-Ingredient Watermelon Adrenopops

This recipe is part of the 5-ingredient recipe series that supports you to eat nutrient-dense foods, in simple ways, while being mindful of food inflation for increases access. These pops are super hydrating, a natural electrolyte, and a great way to repurpose soft watermelon.

Total Time 4 hours
Course Dessert, Snack
Servings 10 pops


  • 1 popsicle molds of choice paper cups & popsicle sticks works too!


  • 1 cup watermelon, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp flaky celtic sea salt pink sea salt works too
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice, optional honey or maple syrup is nice here


  • Blend it all & freeze into your fav molds & enjoy


based on size of your molds this recipe can make 8-12 pops
