Ingredients
  

  • 1 green apple, core removed
  • 1 whole lemon, rind on
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 3 stems of kale
  • 1 english cucumber
  • 1 small head celery

Instructions

  • Place everything through your juicer. Stir well and enjoy.
