10-Minute Stovetop Peach Crumble (only 5 ingredients)
When you serve this nobody will guess this took you only 10 minutes to make and has only 5 ingredients! You can also use this base recipe for ANY other fruit you have or love instead of peaches.

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, ghee, or butter melted divided
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 cups oats use gluten-free as needed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 medium peaches, chopped
Add 1/2 melted oil & the peaches in a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 4 minutes stirring frequently. Set aside into a pie dish or divide into bowls
In the same pan, add the remaining oil, and maple syrup together in a skillet. Add the oats and cinnamon and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Once oats are toasted, remove and set aside.
Top oat mixture over peaches in the pie dish or into bowls. Enjoy. Optional: Top with yogurt for a breakfast bowl or if you put it in a traditional pie plate serve with a vanilla bean ice cream of choice for a dessert.
