lug oil of choiceavocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, etc
1salt & pepper to taste
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
4cups bone broth, stock, or wateruse what you have
1cup cream, or milk, or coconut milk Optional, see recipe notes
Instructions
On a sheet pan bake at 400F, 3 cups of chopped veggies of choice, 1 onion & 4 cloves of garlic.
Drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper, and toss. Roast at 30-40 minutes.
