The Ultimate Detoxifying Salad

This salad was crafted with the top nutrients that our liver needs for phase one and phase two detoxification. It is also a great tasting salad that can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 1 head kale, steam removed, loosely torn
  • 1 bundle daneloin greens, chopped
  • 1/2 cups chopped, cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped, parsley
  • 1 bulb fennel, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chooped, garlic shoots
  • 1 black radish, sliced
  • 1 daikon, sliced
  • 1 cup garlic shoots, chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dulse flakes
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 4 tbsp grapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop and slice all your salad ingredients and place them in a large bowl. Toss well.
  • Place al your dressing ingredients into a jar, give it a good shake and pour over salad, Mix well and serve.

Notes

You can make this salad ahead of time (just don't add the dressing till you are ready to eat) and keep in air-tight glass containers in the fridge for 3 days. I like to package them up for weekday lunches.
