Glow Collagen Beauty Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with nutritionally dense foods that makes a great breakfast which keeps your nourished all more and helps you glow from the inside out.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2" piece fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop your favourite collagen powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in your blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

I like Vital Proteins Collagen powder but there are many other great collagen powders on the market.
