3-Ingredient Homemade Vanilla Hemp Milk

A fast, easy, & affordable way to make a dairy-free milk alternative right at home. With hemp being a complete protein, this is the perfect liquid to add to your morning smoothies for a nutritious digestible protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp vanilla (powder or vanilla bean flesh) you can use liquid vanilla as well but the bean/powder has a more intense flavour

Instructions
 

  • Place water and hemp seeds into the blender.
  • Cut the vanilla bean in half, scrap out the inside with a butter knife and add to the blender. If you are using vanilla powder or liquid instead just add that to the blender.
  • Blend everything at a high speed for about 2 minutes until its blended and frothy. Yup, that's it!

Notes

Store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge. Enjoy over the next 3-5 for peak nutrition.
