Avocado, Coconut & Lime Popsicles

Healthy fats, plant-based protein, & natural electrolytes make these pops the perfect way to cool down and refuel on hot summer days.

  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 limes, juice & zest
  • 2 cups natural coconut water (careful of added sugars)
  • pinch fine sea salt
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave


  • Place everything into a high-speed blender and process till smooth.
  • Pour evenly into molds, freeze for 4 hours and enjoy.


Keeps in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.
