Healthy 2-Ingredient Fruit Leather (Peach & Wildberry)
This is such a fun, cost-effective, and easy way to make lunchboxes fun while avoiding buying the highly processed version.

Wild Berry Fruit Leather
mixed wild berries
(thaw a frozen bag for cost savings)
Pretty Peach Fruit Leather
about 7-8 whole peaches or thaw a frozen bag
(use maple syrup for vegan version or omit)
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Blend fruit & natural sweetener in a blender till smooth.
Pour mixture onto the baking sheet.
Spread the mixture evenly and/or bang the pan on the counter to ensure its well distributed and pop in the oven fo 6-8 hours to dehdrate.
Once the fruit is firm, remove the pan and let cool on the counter. Using a pair of sharp scissors, cut the leather into strips keeping the parchment wrapping on the back so you can roll it up.
Store rolled leathers in an air-tight glass container in the fridge for 2 weeks.
