Probiotic Coconut Yogurt Acai Breakfast Jars
Rich, Creamy, and naturally sweet these probiotic coconut acai breakfast jars are a great way to enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast on the go!
- 2.5 cups probiotic coconut yogurt recipe link in post & recipe notes section below
- 1 package frozen acai
- 1.25 cups mixed fruit of choice
- 5 tbsp nuts, seeds, hemp seeds, or chia seeds
Thaw your acai package by placing it in a cup of water. Pour the acai liquid into the yogurt and gently stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Scoop 1/2 cup of yogrurt into 5 jars. Top with 1/4 cup of fruit of choice and 1 tbsp of nuts/seeds/ hemp hearts.
Securly place the lid on the jars and store in fridge for 5 days.
