Healthy 4 Ingredient Tuna Salad Recipe

This recipe is simple and delicious. A healthy spin on a traditional tuna salad that is great on its own as a high protein snack, or can be used in a wrap or salad for lunch prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can wild albacore tuna drained
  • 1.5 tbsp avocado-based mayo
  • 1 small green apple, core removed, chopped
  • pinch pink Himalayan or celtic sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.

Notes

Tuna Salad will keep well in the fridge in a sealed container for 3-5 days.
