Immune Supporting Tea

This tea is full of health-promoting properties. It's a great addition to your night-time routine during the cold winter months.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 2 tbsp loose dandelion tea or 2 tea bags
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 inch piece of turmeric, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp manuka honey or maple syrup optional sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Place everything, except the sweetener into a teapot and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Fill your teacup and add sweetener if desired
