Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Fresh, light, and tart tasting is this smoothie. I really enjoy drinking it after I have over indulged when I am feeling stiff or like I am getting sick, or to support my overall digestion.
- 1 large pink grapefruit, peeled
- 1.5 cups coconut water or nut milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2" piece fresh turmeric peeled
- 1/2" piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 2-4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp magnesium powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp raw unsalted cashews
