  1. Thaw your acai package by placing it in a cup of water. Pour the acai liquid into the yogurt and gently stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
  2. Scoop 1/2 cup of yogrurt into 5 jars. Top with 1/4 cup of fruit of choice and 1 tbsp of nuts/seeds/ hemp hearts.
  3. Securly place the lid on the jars and store in fridge for 5 days.
