One-Month Program: Regain Balance

Let’s start working together to identify what your unique needs are with nutrient, wellness, your goals, or redefining a healthy relationship with food and body.

This is One month program, includes a personalized intake process with a 60-minute initial Nutritional Profile Assessment. Within one week, your Personalized Nutrition and Wellness Lifestyle Plan, along with your customized 7-day meal plan, will be e-mailed to you.  We will follow up with a 1-hour session to review the program and address any questions you have before you get started.

Three additional 30-minute sessions are also included, enabling us to connect each week to discuss what is working, make necessary changes, discuss weekly goals and add further recommendations.  Handouts, resources and/or new recipe ideas are provided on a weekly basis, relating to your personal health goals.  In summary, this program includes:
