Let’s set up a 2-hour meal prep afternoon, or a 2-hour cooking lesson to accompany your nutrition and wellness plan for optimal success. You provide the groceries based on your outlined meal plan & together we will prep & cook the meals to prepare you for the week and increase your confidence and skills in the kitchen! Not a client? That’s ok! We can do a basic cooking lesson where I show you quick, easy, affordable ways to meal prep on the weekend to set you up for a whole week of healthy meals for your entire family (recipes and shopping list included).
