This 1.5-hour assessment will include completion of assessment forms and conversation which provide valuable information on matters such as your health history, sleeping habits, energy levels, current diet, stress reactions, lifestyle, preferences.
Analysis and discussion of these matters will help uncover potential root causes and strategies we will employ in the development of your needs moving forward. A personal plan that aligns with your main concerns and goals will be created, based on your customized specific needs.
The plan includes dietary, supplemental and lifestyle recommendations and a 7-day personalized meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, drink and snack recipes. Full colored food photography or each recipe and a complete printable grocery list for the week.
